Bookings

The London Philharmonic Orchestra has dedicated online and phone bookings for its season at the Southbank Centre. For concerts taking place elsewhere, purchases will be subject to each venue’s own ticketing policy.

Online bookings are processed and encrypted via a secure server.

On purchasing tickets by phone or email, you will receive the following from us:

  • Transactions are confirmed via email, which will arrive shortly after purchase.
  • Tickets will be sent to your email address at least one week prior to the concert.

Please ensure that you provide a correct email address at account creation or purchase stage to receive these communications.

Where a successful transaction has taken place, an order is valid. If you have not received confirmation via email, in the first instance check your spam filters. Otherwise, you can contact our Ticket Office on 020 7840 4242 and a member of our team can help retrieve your order.

You may exchange your tickets for another concert in the Orchestra’s Southbank Centre season or for a credit voucher (valid for one year only) up to 2 workings days before the concert. To make an exchange, contact the Ticket Office on 020 7840 4242.

Whilst we will do our best to exchange like for like, this is subject to availability. Any pricing adjustments will be reflected in the exchange transaction.

Group bookings can be amended up until one month before the concert date. After this time we are unable to accept ticket returns.

We do not offer refunds unless a concert is cancelled. We reserve the right to substitute artists and vary programmes if necessary.

To view visitor policies when attending LPO Concerts, please review guidance provided by Southbank Centre. This covers latecomers, babes in arms and other useful information for your visit.

LPO Plus is a reward scheme run by the London Philharmonic Orchestra. Members of the scheme earn LPO Plus points (Points) on eligible items purchased on lpo.org.uk. Points can then be redeemed as part payment for an order placed on lpo.org.uk.

  • 10 points are earned for each £1, and 1 point for each 10p, spent on the following eligible items:

    • Full price tickets (certain exclusions may apply)

    • Concessions tickets (full-time students, benefit recipients (Jobseeker’s Allowance, Income Support, Universal or Pension Credit) and under-18s only)

So if you spend £25 on a concert ticket you will earn 250 points

  • The current conversion of Points is one Point equals one penny.

  • Certain items are excluded and do not earn Points. These are:

    • Tickets bought using an offer code

    • Tickets booked using our multi-buy series discount

    • Memberships

    • Donations to the LPO

    • The transaction fee

  • LPO Plus Points are not earned on telephone bookings or online bookings through any website apart from lpo.org.uk.

  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.

  • Points may be redeemed as part payment for an order on lpo.org.uk. Points can be redeemed on orders containing tickets (including tickets booked using our multi-buy series discount) and other merchandise. Points cannot be used for the transaction fee, to buy Memberships or for checkout donations. Points will not be earned on the remaining balance where points are being used towards a spend.

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please view our privacy policy to see how we use your personal information as part of the LPO Plus reward scheme.

  • You can leave LPO Plus at any time by emailing [email protected] and asking for your account to be closed. Any points in your account will be expired.

  • This scheme is only for personal and consumer use and cannot be used for any business transaction or purpose.

  • We reserve the right to change or cancel LPO Plus at any time. If we change the scheme this will never affect your existing balance. If the scheme is withdrawn, we will give you at least 6 months’ notice. Any points left on account after this period will be expired.

  • We reserve the right to suspend your account and any points in your account if we believe that you are abusing the scheme.

  • Points cannot be refunded to your account once they have been used. Any ticket refunds will be given as a credit note (valid for one year).
