Book online

We offer 24 hour real-time secure online booking with a transaction fee of £1.75.

Online bookings can be processed right up to the start of each performance, subject to availability.

Please note that we are unable to accept payment by Amex.

You can purchase a maximium of 9 tickets per concert online. Bookings of 10 or more seats for the same concert are eligible for the group booking discount of 20%. Tickets booked through the London Philharmonic Orchestra ticket office fewer than five working days before the date of the concert will be available for collection at the Southbank Centre ticket office (far right desk) from 6.00pm on the day of the performance.

You can book tickets for our concerts in person at Southbank Centre's ticket office (no transaction fee).

The very best Premium-priced seats are available in the front stalls, ensuring you the finest acoustic.

Exchanging tickets

You may exchange your tickets for another concert in the Orchestra's Royal Festival Hall season or exchange for a credit note (valid for one year), provided you can return the tickets to us at least 2 working days before the concert. We do not offer refunds unless a concert is cancelled. The right is reserved to substitute artists and vary programmes if necessary.


50% off all ticket prices for full-time students, benefit recipients (Jobseeker's Allowance, Income Support or Pension Credit) and under-18s (maximum 4 per transaction. Not applicable to Family Concerts). Limited availability; appropriate ID will be checked on admission.


Visitors with a disability can join Southbank Centre's free Access List. You may be eligible for tickets at concessionary prices and to bring a companion who can assist you during your visit. Visit our Access page for full access information relating to our concerts.
