There is a £2 per order charge for booking online, by phone and by post. Additional postage charges apply (50p standard or £1.50 recorded delivery). There is no per order charge for bookings made over the counter in person.

Groups of 10 or more will receive a 20% discount on ticket prices
Groups of 20 or more will receive a 20% discount as well as an extra complimentary ticket for the group organiser.

Wheelchair users
The Concert Hall has several specially designed seat positions as well as lift access and accessible toilets (RADAR keys in operation). A companion sitting in a neighbouring seat may be admitted free of charge, subject to availability.
Hearing impaired customers
There is a Sennheiser radio frequency system in the Concert Hall which can be used with or without a hearing aid. Please collect the unit and a headset from the Ticket Office upon arrival at the venue. Please allow 15 minutes before the start of the performance to pick up your headset, and note that a £20 returnable cash deposit will be required.
Visually impaired customers
Guide dogs are welcome in all Brighton Dome venues. Printed materials are available in large print on request from the Marketing Department on 01273 260825.
Public Transport
Brighton railway station is 10 minutes' walk away, with fast, regular services from London and elsewhere. Phone 08457 484950 for details. There is a frequent bus service from all areas of the city.
Parking
The nearest car park to Brighton Dome is the NCP Theatre Car Park on Church Street. You can take advantage of their special £6.00 evening rate for parking from 5.00pm – midnight. The car park is a two-minute walk from Brighton Dome. Brighton Dome and Festival members receive a 30% discount on standard parking charges.
