We answer your questions about buying our recordings - as CDs or downloads
Do you charge a delivery fee?
No – the price on the website is what you pay, and there is no delivery charge on CD orders. Please note that ticket orders incur a £3.50 web transaction fee to help us cover our admin costs.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to process orders within 24 hours of receipt, and will send your CDs by second class post. Please allow five days for receipt.
Can I return CDs that I've bought from you?
We hope that you'll be pleased with your LPO CDs! But if you no longer want them, please return them to the London Philharmonic Orchestra office within seven days of receipt for a refund. We can only accept CD returns if the plastic shrinkwrap is still intact.
My CD has an error. Can I return it?
Of course! We use high-quality CD manufacturing for our LPO Label recordings, but there can occasionally be faulty items. If you've bought the CD directly from us, simply send it back to the Box Office Manager at the London Philharmonic Orchestra office for a replacement or refund.
What formats are your recordings available in?
All our albums can be bought as standard audio CDs. A few releases are also available in surround sound as SACD (Super Audio CD). They're also widely available as downloads or to stream from a range of online music providers worldwide including Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Prime Music, Idagio, Primephonic and others.
How do I download your albums?
All the releases on our LPO Label are also available to download. Some of the online music stores that sell our recordings are iTunes, Amazon, Google Music, ClassicsOnline and eMmusic. Check your preferred online music store for full details of how to purchase and download.
Do you sell High Definition recordings?
A selection of our recent recordings with Principal Conductor Vladimir Jurowski are available as 24-bit recordings from specialist high-definition music websites.
Can I use your recordings in my video project?
Please see our licensing LPO Label recordings page for more information about using our recordings.
