LPO Plus FAQs
What is LPO Plus?
LPO Plus is our online reward scheme. The scheme rewards you for purchases made on the London Philharmonic Orchestra’s website. Points are earned each time you place an order for eligible items at lpo.org.uk. Points can then be redeemed online on future orders.
How do I join LPO Plus?
You can join next time you place an order on our website. After you have paid for the items in your basket, you will be given the option to join LPO Plus and earn points on your purchase.
It is not possible to use Guest Checkout to earn or redeem LPO Plus points.
LPO Plus is free to join. When you join, we will give you 100 points as a thank you.
How do I earn LPO Plus points
Once you have joined LPO Plus, each time you purchase eligible items through the LPO website (lpo.org.uk) you will earn LPO Plus points. Points will automatically be added to your account. 10 points are earned for every £1 and 1 point for every 10 pence you spend on eligible items. Each point earned is equal to 1p which can be redeemed against future orders.
LPO Plus points are not earned on the following items:
Tickets booked using our multi-buy series discount
Other discounted tickets, using an offer code or similar
Tickets purchased over the phone or in person
Tickets purchased via other websites including venue websites and ticketing agencies
The points you have earned will be shown on the Order Confirmation page when you place an order. Your total points are shown on the LPO Plus page in the ‘Your Account’ area of the website and on the header bar after you have signed in to your account.
Why didn’t I earn LPO Plus points on my order?
Points can only be earned on eligible items as detailed above. If you have used an offer code to buy reduced price tickets, or have bought tickets for three or more concerts to benefit from our series discount, you will not earn points.
Occasional special events and gala performances do not earn LPO Plus points. Open rehearsals and other membership events do not earn LPO Plus points.
How can I redeem my LPO Plus points?
You will be given the option to redeem your points when you place an order. The Order Summary page will tell you how many points you can redeem. There is no minimum number of points that need to be earned before points can be redeemed. To redeem your points, click the LPO Plus box on the Order Summary page. If you don’t redeem your points, they will be saved to your account for you to use at another time. You cannot chose to partially redeem your points.

Programme book vouchers
You cannot redeem points on LPO membership. Points can only be redeemed on orders placed on the London Philharmonic Orchestra website.
How do I find out how many LPO Plus points I have?
You can sign in to your account to check how many points you have earned. Go to the LPO Plus page in the ‘Your Account’ area of the website.
Can I earn LPO Plus points on tickets for London Philharmonic Orchestra concerts around the world?
Points can only be earned on tickets sold directly by the LPO at lpo.org.uk and not on tickets bought through venue or third party websites. Concerts sold on the LPO website usually take place in London at Southbank Centre.
I need to return my tickets. What happens to my LPO Plus Points?
If you are unable to attend a concert and decide to return your tickets, you will be offered a credit voucher for the full value of your tickets but there is no refund of LPO Plus points. See our Terms and Conditions for details of ticket returns.
I don’t want to be part of LPO Plus any more. How do I close my LPO Plus account?
