The London Philharmonic Orchestra offers a variety of resources to support music learning in school
The resources on Creative Classrooms Connect include a range of creative projects inspired by the Orchestra's music as well as broader topics such as the science of sound, singing and musical notation, and resources linked to our Key Stage 1 and 2 BrightSparks concerts.
In Repertoire Unlocked, we share material on pieces on GCSE and A Level Music syllabuses, including video performances and analysis, with accompanying written resources. New videos include Haydn's 'Clock' Symphony (AQA GCSE) and Mozart's Eine Kleine Nachtmusik (WJEC/Eduqas GCSE). Further videos based on Mozarts Clarinet Concerto (AQA) and Baroque vocal music (Edexcel) will follow in Spring 2021.
The Teacher Area of The Studio brings together the most directly syllabus-related composing resources from across The Studio, our creative space for teenage composers, to support music teaching at Key Stages 3 to 5.
