Project Co-ordinator, Education and Community

The London Philharmonic Orchestra’s Education & Community Department is looking to recruit a Project Co-ordinator - a new role to support an expanding programme of work engaging with over 30,000 people each year. You will be involved in both the administration and on the ground delivery of range of projects, as well as supporting the development of digital project resources.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with professional musicians, young people and adults in the context of high quality music education projects, meticulous administrative skills and confidence managing live activity with a wide range of partners, alongside a commitment to representing the aims and ideals of the London Philharmonic Orchestra in a lively and challenging programme of work.

Orchestra Co-ordinator and Auditions Administrator

The London Philharmonic Orchestra is looking to recruit an Orchestra Co-ordinator and Auditions Administrator. Working alongside the Orchestra Personnel Manager, the role is a key contact for the Orchestra’s musicians, conductors and soloists and is responsible for the day to day running of the Orchestra’s schedule.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of the workings of a large symphonic ensemble, evidence of successful people management skills and prior professional experience of orchestral management, alongside a commitment to representing the aims and ideals of the London Philharmonic Orchestra.
