1. Security & Order Confirmation
If you pay by credit or debit card, Your details are handled by Us on a secure server using encryption. While it is impossible for any website to be completely impregnable to fraud, Our system of a secure server and encryption offers a high level of security that You can be confident with.
When You place an order to purchase a product We will initially send an automated E-mail confirming receipt of Your order and containing transaction and reference numbers. Your order represents an offer to Us to purchase a product or tickets. The order is accepted by Us when We process payment for your order.
When We accept your order, We will send a Despatch Confirmation email. This Confirmation email confirms that your order has been processed.
Any products or tickets on the same order which We have not confirmed in a Despatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
If You have incorrectly entered Your email address Your confirmation and despatch email will fail. So long as payment has been processed successfully this will in no way affect Your order.
Failure by Us to send a receipt confirmation email or despatch confirmation email in no way invalidates Your offer or Our acceptance of your offer.
2. Post & Packaging
Post & packing prices are based on orders to UK and International addresses. We send by Royal Mail.
If You have special delivery directions that may be helpful to the postman or delivery driver, please ensure You leave details in the appropriate field in the checkout section.
FULL VALID POST CODES are required for every order. We will not send any orders without one. If You provide an incorrect address, including the postcode, We do not accept any responsibility for a failure of an order to arrive.
We strive to despatch orders the same day if they are received before 0930 (Monday to Thursday) although this is not always possible.
Orders may take up to 5 days to be despatched. Should your order be for tickets to a concert on a specific day and we believe that the post will not deliver in time, we will hold the tickets at the venue Ticket office for collection. We will detail this in our confirmation email.
If You have chosen Special Delivery (“Special Delivery”) We will send the order the same day for next day delivery so long as the order was received before 1200 (Monday to Thursday).
If Special Delivery orders are received outside of the above times We will strive to send the order the same day, or if this is not possible, orders will be sent the next working day.
Any orders received on Friday or over a weekend are generally not sent until Monday.
Time is not of the essence in relation to this contract.
3. Damage & Tracing Parcels
In the event that Your items contained in the parcel are damaged in transit please contact Us within 24 hours of receipt.
If products sent by Royal Mail are not delivered please contact Us for details of the tracking and tracing procedure.
If orders are considered by Us to be lost in transit after a reasonable period of time has elapsed we shall at Our discretion either refund or resend the order.
